A portion of the proceeds will be donated to women & children’s shelters.

Nationwide — Author, speaker, and entrepreneur, Evette T. Fergerson, has released a saucy collection of poetic stories and poetry entitled The Many Moods of a Woman. Diving into the various levels of relationships, this book takes the reader on a roller coaster ride of emotions – from the highly complicated and toxic to the pure unconditional love for her daughter and the everyday struggles of motherhood. The Many Moods of a Woman also takes readers on a journey through womanhood, celebrating the victories while overcoming the tragedies. This collection of poetic prose captures the essence of these emotions: love, hurt, pleasure, and pain.

Funding and Grants For Black Women and Families!

Fergerson, a single mother who understands the daily struggles of raising a child alone, wishes to celebrate, uplift, and motivate those who have lost themselves in parenthood while their goals and dreams remain unfulfilled. A testament that anything is possible, she’s created the “Build Your Dream” program to reignite that fire within. Her desire is to inspire single parents to start where they are while also encouraging them to focus on accomplishing their goals and reviving lost dreams. This is why Fergerson is donating a portion of the book’s proceeds to women’s and children’s shelters. She also will offer “Build Your Dream” workshops to any shelters that qualify for the program.

A former celebrity publicist from South Central Los Angeles, California, Evette T. Fergerson has worked with some of the entertainment industry’s most popular artists including Ray J, Brandy, Missy Elliott, Tevin Campbell, Quincy Jones, Smokey Robinson, Yolanda Adams, producer Hi-Tek, and Kim Fields. Her struggles with a toxic relationship and later becoming a single mother led to her writing The Many Moods of a Woman. She’s excited to share these stories and inspire others to strive for their individual victories and never give up on themselves.

The Many Moods of a Woman is available for order at EvetteFergerson.com. The book is also available now everywhere books and e-books are sold, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble online, Walmart.com, Target.com, and MahoganyBooks.com.

What some readers are saying:

“’The Many Moods of a Woman’ is a collection of thoughtful, immersive, and emotional prose that touches on relatable facets of women’s lives. From intimacy, motherhood, cultural dynamics, and the examination of self, Fergerson’s poetry moves and intrigues you.” — Lorrie I. Jackson, Columnist, Blogger, Critic
