I am overjoyed and humbled to receive support from my peers around the work that we do here at Impact. 2021 has been a rough year for many of us. Yet, I am proud to say that we continue to stand tall, and work with our clients to ensure that their stories are told and heard around the world.

NEW YORK (PRWEB)
December 01, 2021

Impact Consulting Enterprises (Impact), an award-winning creative-marketing solution and digital communication provider, announced today that the firm received two additional international honors: 2021 Media Innovators Award, Best Marketing & Communications Strategists – Northeast USA and 2021 Best Business and Brand Narrative PR Agency – New Jersey from United Kingdom-based Corporate Vision Magazine (CVM), just as AdMonsters and FOLIO: recognize Impact founder and CEO, Cheryl McCants as a 2021 Top Women in Media Awards Honoree in the category, DEI Champions.

CVM highlights Impact’s agility, creativity, and ever-evolving approach to developing innovative client solutions while communicating with diverse audiences and constituents. The judges recognize the immense value that Impact, a Black woman-owned firm, derives from its team’s diverse approaches, community insights and research-based strategies, and salutes the team’s unyielding dedication to customer satisfaction, diversity, equity, and inclusion. These awards also salute Impact’s continued prominence and expertise in multicultural marketing, community outreach, social media strategy, digital communication, and event management. Today, in addition to these accolades, McCants will be recognized alongside other 2021 Top Women in Media Honorees including Blavity’s Morgan DeBaun, Dotdash’s Katherine Divney, Endeavor Business Media’s Tracy Kane, Lotame’s Amy Yeung, Refinery29’s Simone Oliver, SHE Media’s Deborah Kadetsky, TIME’s Ali Hernandez and Variety’s Elizabeth Wagmeister during a New York City celebration.

“I am overjoyed and humbled to receive support from my peers around the work that we do here at Impact,” said Impact Consulting Enterprises founder and CEO Cheryl McCants. “2021 has been a rough year for many of us. Yet, I am proud to say that we continue to stand tall, and work with our clients to ensure that their stories are told and heard around the world. Whether through our marketing communication campaigns, visual initiatives, outreach events, or my new Marketing Momma: Build Your Business podcast, we tell the stories that help our economies grow and our communities of color prosper.”

McCants’ voice remains in demand as she has been invited to serve as a key speaker in next year’s 11th Annual Global Women in Leadership Summit. She will discuss Culturally Conscious Leadership, and as always, bring her ‘straight-no-chaser’ perspective to the gathering. McCants and her team continue to provide sage advice and counsel to clients as they work together, navigate the waters of equity, and identify ways to respectfully connect and communicate with diverse consumers.

Additional speaking engagements are in the works as McCants, Your Marketing Momma, has launched a new weekly podcast series titled “Marketing Momma: Build Your Business.” She discusses issues and identifies problems that women business owners face, and works with colleagues and industry experts to identify solutions to those challenges. McCants passionately helps Black-, women- and other marginalized-business owners build their businesses and walks her audience through various pathways to becoming their own bosses inside and outside of the business world.
