Tonight, baseball season is upon us but until the middle of the 20th century, African Americans were banned from playing in the major leagues. Mike Cherry introduces us to a Portsmouth man who made it his mission later in life to keep the spotlight on the league that helped change the sports landscape forever. Plus, Esther Luther transported students in the Fall Mountain Regional High School for more than 50 years. Last year at the age of 90 she retired and Karen Meyers hopped aboard for her final trip. On Fritz Wetherbee’s New Hampshire: The Riverman is no more.
