Winston-Salem, NC — New beauty brand OpulenceMD Beauty announces its October Breast Cancer Awareness partnership with Cancer Services. The brand has committed to donating a minimum of $1,000 or 10% of sales, whichever is greater, from its Warrior Lash Kit to the organization. Known as a luxury eye-specific beauty brand and created by board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Anika Goodwin, OpulenceMD Beauty is no stranger to giving back. One of the brand’s missions is to provide complimentary eye examination screenings to those in need and at the highest risk of preventable vision loss.

“This is our first Breast Cancer Awareness month! We’ve only been in business for seven months and are exceeding our revenue goals. One of my goals for starting OpulenceMD Beauty is to help others who are in need. As an eye surgeon, I’ve seen cancer patients and know the support they need as they win the fight against cancer. Partnering with a local organization that has been a staple in my community was very important to me,” said Dr. Goodwin.

“As a local organization striving to serve cancer patients in our community, it’s a tremendous demonstration of support when a business chooses to partner with our organization in order to raise funds and increase our impact on patients. We are so honored by Dr. Goodwin’s passionate support of Cancer Services, particularly in their first year of service. That is such a great example of community stewardship and we are certain this generous support will equate to more patients served, particularly during this pandemic when we’ve experienced huge increases in client needs,” says Tara O’Brien, CEO of Cancer Services.

OpulenceMD Beauty’s innovative magnetic lashes are light-weight for comfortable wear, made with safe ingredients, and can be worn up to 45 times with proper care. The limited-edition Warrior Lash Kit comes with a set of whispy magnetic lashes and a mini liquid liner in a limited edition pink case, retailed at $25.00. The lashes are available for purchase at https://opulencemdbeauty.com/products/warrior-lash-mini-liner.

Dr. Goodwin will present Cancer Services with a donation at their facilities during the first week of November.
