The writer of Tuesday’s letter to the editor, “Trump puts democracy in peril,” claims she’s often near tears these days. Really? Boo hoo. Sorry, but my personal empathy lies with the elderly and young, afraid to leave their homes, and with the small business owners of every race, creed and color across America, who’ve had their dreams, businesses and livelihoods destroyed by Antifa, Black Lives Matter and other “peaceful protesters,” who the Democrats haven’t done enough to disavow.
A disproportionate amount of this lawlessness is in Black or marginalized communities. It’s no surprise that according to the Atlas Intel survey, 28 per cent of African-Americans say they plan to vote for Trump – a stunning figure. Here’s a newsflash Hidin’ Biden: They are Black and they are voting for Trump. Put that in your gaslighting, racist trope pipe, and smoke it.
Businesses burnt to the ground, burnt out shells; graffiti-strewn, crime-ridden neighborhoods in Democratically controlled cities that look like Kosovo or Beirut, all with the tacit approval of the Democrats and their “defund the police” and “re-imagining policing” movements. Re-imagine this. Be very careful what you wish for, as the thin Blue Line gets thinner, American patriots will step in to re-establish law and order.
Near tears? Cry me a river or just change the channel from CNN. Worried about democracy? Wake up.
Democrats are intentionally fiddling while American cities burn.
