The Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa announced Thursday, Feb. 11 that it will screen four movies over the first two weekends of March at its outdoor Julianne and George Arygros Plaza.
“Hidden Figures,” the story of three African American women who helped launch the U.S. into the Space Age, will play Friday, March 5, and the family animated feature “The Lego Movie” will screen Saturday, March 6. Vintage films will be featured the second weekend, with “Roman Holiday,” starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck, on March 12 and Barbra Streisand’s “Hello Dolly” on March 13.
Set-up for each screening will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the movie starting at 6:30. Tickets are $20 for a pod of up to 3 people, $30 for up to 4 people and $40 for up to 6 people. To buy tickets, call 714-556-2787 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday-Friday or go to scfta.org.
